My love of making gifts for friends and family inspires me to make tons of crafty digs from accessories to home-decor.  I bounce back and forth between crafting and painting.  I work with fabric, buttons, lace, felt, paper and so forth.  I use materials that would otherwise be neglected in the back of ones closet, or found in one of the Bay Areas many salvage or re-use stores, and when necessary or desirable I buy new at local shops.  Many materials are often donated to me by friends and family, to whom I owe many thanks!
